i love everything about this gym. it works every muscle in your body and the cardio row is seriously the best feature.

Love the workout you get,and all the exercises you can do. A lot of work putting together and the bench is a little flimsy,other then that this is a great home gym.

I bought this machine over three years ago and it works great, not one problem! I love how it provides an increasing level of resistance as you move through the range of motion. It is much better than free weights and the machine is much lighter and easy to store. It folds up into a corner and doesn't take up much space at all.
If you buy this machine you won't be disappointed, it is a fantastic value and very solid construction!

I bought the Weider Max about 3 years ago and it has been going strong ever since then. With little maintenance it just keeps going strong and gives me the workout I need. I love the versatility that it offers as well as how nicely it is constructed. I love this machine and I saved a lot of money versus the Bowflex which was [$].....You can't go wrong getting this workout machine..

Pros: great for the ...

Pros: great for the money, very easy to switch weight, relatively smooth lifts and way more exercises than you could do ever. It is easy to move around and great for space saving.

Cons: Spent 4 hours putting it together, highly recommend you have someone do it for you. Or have a team of people helping you. When it is all said and done it was worth it. Very sturdy when put together.
