This table is a great product for the [$] It's not high quality but it looks surprisingly good and plays well. It's difficult to get it completely level but I think that's a slight flaw in one section of the surface of my particular table. It's not bad enough to mess up a game though. The table tennis top is in 3 parts which makes it easy to remove and store. The set comes with paddles and cue sticks but you're definitely going to want to buy new ones asap. Overall, this is an excellent table for smaller rec rooms or budgets. Adults won't feel cheated by the slightly smaller size and it's inexpensive enough that you won't be too scared to let your kids use it.
This table is by far the BEST deal around. I had just returned another pool table from Sportcraft , and i swore i would not buy another product from them. I saw this on sale and in stock locally. I said what the heck and gave it a shot. This table is level, great look, sturdy, high quality fit and hardware. AND the ping pong table is just a Bonus! No warping at all, no leveling needed! All i did was turn it around , checked it with my level and we were ready to play.They turned my bad experience around a full 360 degrees! And i a am a very picky person when it comes to new products i buy. Trust me , give it a try.
We recently needed to purchase a new dining room table. We have 3 kids the youngest is three. My wife and I were having a hard time spending 2k on a new dining set, when the kids will probably just damage it. My "wife" thought that if we purchased a pool table and used it as a dining table it would not only save us some money, but also give us some great family time. She was right, the table is perfect for that. It was easy to put together and seems to be of the quality that one would expect at this price level. If you are looking for a cheep pool table that looks good and you don't want to spend the money then this is the right table for you.
This is a good [$] table. If you are expecting a perfect table then spend the $1500 on a low end slate table. Sportcraft customer service SUCKS. We purchased the table and noticed small cracks in the main support beams under the table within days the cracks were so bad the balls would not stay still. We purchased the extended warranty, called them, they informed us that it was still covered by the manufacturers warranty and we needed to call them. We called and left messages four times before getting a call back, they told us that the top is not replaceable. [...]The table, overall, is a pretty decent table. We have a pretty annoying roll on one end, the balls just tend to sit against the rail any time the balls are hit down there. Assembly is really easy. We have the table in our garage and use it pretty often with friends and enjoy it very much.
Awesome table!
Wood is great and beautiful!
Great for family fun!
This product is great. I don't know what people are talking about when they say it's not a level surface. I haven't even adjusted the levelers on the bottom and it is perfectly level. I put this table together in under an hour by myself and just needed someone to help me turn it over. The felt shows a lot but nothing the brush can take care of. Putting the ping pong table on and taking it off is a breeze. The wood finish on the bottom of the ping pong table is a nice touch but I will be getting a pool table cover instead. This is a great touch to the second living room I have in my house.
[...] Sports Craft, the manufacturer, left left me on hold for 30 - 40 minutes, never returned calls and then told us there was nothing they could do about the peeling edges or uneven surface. And they would not replace the table and the retailer had no other pool tables to replace it with. We had to return the pool table - it was not at all even worth the price especially when seeing the disappointment on my childrens' faces.
Set-up was a breeze. Surface was better than expected. No warping. Easy to shift to Ping-pong.
tabletop is warped and beveled and cheaply made;
i would like to know what this company plans to do about this poorly produced billards table
Very likely to get scratches on the table tennis and billiard board. very attractive but not so good finishing and quality. But you get what you paid for.
I keep this table in my rec room basement. Its great during parties when me and my friends like to shoot pool, but others like to play table tennis. it changes to table tennis easily and both games are great and fun to play! its is durable enough when a few of my friends lean on it as well. two great games in the space of one, what more could you want?
its a very great table fun and it just great for having fun I think that every one should buy one
It's decent looking, but I personaly don't think it's worth the price.
GOOD FOR HUSTLIN AND JUST HAVIN FUN
You get what you paid for. This is for the occasional player that plays a few hours a month. Not for someone that will use it regularly. Poor construction that can't handle daily use. Pay a little more and get a better quality one.
I ended up donating mine to a local school that didn't money to buy a table. I than went out to get a real table.
