    Comments about Cap Barbell 20 lb Adjustable Conditioning Vest:

    This is a good but not great weighted vest. The weights were simple enough to put in, but I am disappointed with the fit. I am 5' 4" 150 lbs and it was loose around my abdomen. I am pretty slim, but I have a built upper body. Even with the clips fully tightened on the side it would move around when I ran or jumped with it on. In order to fix this I tried tying a belt around the vest tightly and that seems to prevent it from moving. I am surprised that it was not designed with a belt like other brands. If you are only planning on using the vest to only do exercises like pull ups or bar dips it is fine, but running and jumping is harder. Of course it all depends on your body type so take caution when buying.
