        My only complaint, and it's probably my own fault is that I did not check the size before ordering. The size was listed as standard which turned out to be 1" thick, but I assumed they would be 1 3/16" like all my other dumbell handles and hole size of my plates. I was still able to use them on smaller poundages.

          This product allows you to put the free weights you already have to good use. Dumbells allow you to work out without the strain on the body that barbells create.
          Keep your home gym workouts going with the ability to add/subtract weight as you choose.
          The twist lock system keeps the weights on the bar without any sliding or rolling.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
