      this rim came with the hoop that i bought and so far i dont have any complaints. its perfect for shooting. Also, its okay for dunking. You can basically dunk the ball as hard as you want but i wouldnt advise hanging on the rim. i dont hang on the rim so i dont know for sure, but i dunk pretty hard sometimes and the rim stays level. i just think that the rim isnt strong enough to be hung on. overal...good rim
