This set is good. Construction is pretty solid. The dumbbell handles and barbell came with spin collars and not clips (even though description said clips). That is okay because the spin collars are much safer when working with heavy loads. I like everything about this set except that the plastic on the dumbbell handles is too rigid and also smells like toxic fumes; I tried to wash the plastic but the smell remains.

    I'm 67 years old and this is my third 110 pound set. I live in Florida and store them on my lanai - the rust resistant finish is necessary. They are fine for cross training for running: half and full marathons. I would prefer a faster way to secure the weights on the bar, but the screw on stops aren't bad.
