The Century® B.O.B.® is designed to be used in conjunction with your Wavemaster™ base (not included). It features a durable plastisol construction, and the inner cavity is filled with high-density urethane foam. Seven height adjustments range from 60" to 78".

    My bags neck has a huge slit in it now

    after a year of boxing, this dummy started deteriorating and now he has a big open slit in his neck and now I can't even use it without it's neck flopping all over the place

        I do regular "heavy bag" type training with BOB, he's my new sidekick! I filled the base with sand and its super sturdy, I kinda bought it because it looked cool and fun, but I'm really pleased with the functionality.

              Its a pricey piece of equipment but i love how if you've had a stressful day you can unload on it and feel better afterwards. It moves along the ground which is annoying but its good if you have an imagination and want to release built up rage.
