Comments about Valor Athletics BD-7 Power Rack with Lat Pull:
i have just started weight training again after a few years of neglect. for the price you cant beat this rack. 650 lbs cap. all the bars , pads and lat tower are included. it is solid and although i had to raise it 4.5 inches so i could do push presses in side it (I'm 6 foot 4 inches tall) its a great bargain and safe way to lift free weights at home. i do 3 sessions a week on this ans 7 sessions on my tread mill. been using it for 3 weeks now no issues or problems. and when i informed valor i was missing one pin and the pad was torn they sent a replacement right out.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
