The Valor Fitness® combo squat/bench rack is adjustable to fit each person's height for a variety of strength exercises. A U-shaped frame base ensures a stable stance, while safety catch bars provide additional security. Plate storage pegs give you a place to store your weights and provide a more solid foundation for the stand.
