It's true to size if you know to order a size down from your regular size. Also I was disappointed in the manufacturing of these because they changed it. They are not as plush as they use to be, the materials all seem much thinner, the padding not as plush. I was disappointed because I loved my old ones. I'm sorry they changed it because it seems like they're lowered their quality. It these do not hold up I'll be checking out the competition. They also seem slimmer and the arch smaller so it was harder to put on.
