            This is not my first pair of Mizuno's; HOWEVER it has proven to be the best yet! I cross train with running on trails/roads. These shoes prove their worth as I have had minimal joint and muscle discomfort and they handle all the different terrain well. When I hit an occasional wet/sloppy area; they do not bog down as heavier running shoes would, they dry relatively fast and are easy to clean afterwards.
            Thanks for a great product! Keep up the good work!

                    Ok, not quite gym rat but getting there. I have stepped up my gym frequency and these shoes have been great. They replaced an old pair of a similar model and I totally noticed the difference right away. They are very comfortable and I love the yellow and silver (was tired of blue and white). Great shoes, I know they will last!

                    I purchased these shoes a few weeks ago and love them. I've been shopping for shoes for almost 6 months and when I tried these on, I knew it was the shoe for me. (Hence me writing this review) I run approx 12-15 miles a week; the Mizuno's fit great and feel great. They have just the right amount of cushion and not too much like i feel some shoes offer. They're also cute! The yellow really stands out, which I like! I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a great running and/or workout shoe.
