Acrylic backboard came with a large crease in it from shipping. The hoop was not protected or stabilized well enough. Thus causing damage to the pliable backboard when in the box.

I never received this product. When I checked on the delivery I saw it was delivered to UT and I live in Pa. When I called cust service I was told it was returned to them, but they had no idea why. I was never informed. So then I had to go through the ordeal of cancelling the first order and reorder a new one another 45 minutes of wasted time. They charged my credit card but never delivered the product until I called. No consideration with discount or free shipment was given. Not a customer friendly company to deal with.

I replaced a damaged "lifetime" backboard which was part of a portable system with this new model. Pre-assembly took about 45 minutes with basic handtools (directions easy to follow). The old backboard required the removal of 4 pins/bolts. The new backboard required 2 pins/bolds. It was very easy to install onto old pole and hardware (I tilted the base/pole to grround level) - two people are required for this. Saved me hundreds of dollars vs. a full replacement of the entire portable system (not to mention the hassle of discarding the old portable system).
