            I have been running in these shoes for 4 years. A great, cushioned and neutral shoe. Great distance runners. They are expensive, but I fnid them to be worth the money.

            I've been Mizuno convert for over two years and have worn out several pairs of Wave Creation 10s and 11s. Version 12 offers slightly better fit in the toe box - it may be snug for some, but fits my narrow foot well. Cushioning is good in the forefoot. The mid sole seems beefier in this version and I am hoping to get more than 300 miles on them before they need to be replaced. They are a heavy shoe but offer a very smooth ride. They are best for bigger runners with a neutral stride.
