Great for any activity where you get hot and sweaty. I use it for running, cardio-kickboxing, and weight training. I can stay active longer because this shirt keeps me cool! Very comfortable. It has a nice, low neck line that doesn't chaff your neck while you're running. Holds up well in the wash. Line dry.
