This Thermos is a good buy! I mostly use it for hot liquids (either hot water or coffee) when I'm in the field at work. I put boiling water or freshly brewed coffee in it in the morning and it stays hot (meaning still steaming) til the end of the day. It even stays a little hot til the next morning.
It's a little hard to clean, but that comes with the territory in using a thermos or any other water bottle.
It can withstand falls or any beating. Its construction is solid! Plus it's cool to the touch when filled with a hot liquid. I highly recommend it.
