After 6 months, the LCD went mostly blank; I returned the unit for evaluation. The exterior of the LCD had no marks and I was not aware of it being bumped by anything (it was in the front compartment of cart, w/ no other items). All I can figure is that the LCD just failed. GB wanted $105 to replace the unit with a refurbished unit or $199 for a new unit. A 90 day warranty is pretty worthless. Stay with a very basic unit (no touch screen). If I buy again, it will be a Garmin.
