This is meant for Lacrosse but, I've been using it for Krav Maga and its worked for me. Because it is more comfortable than other cups I spend less time adjusting and more time on listening to the instructor. Can't recommend for wrestling but I think this Nutt Hutt is worth finding and trying out.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
