Comments about Elite Fitness Innova ITX9300 Inversion Table with Full Padded Back Rest:

The table is well worth my money. I was hestitate to buy it because there are tables with more ratings but I am glad I bought this. The instruction on assembly was well written, the bolts are packed and labelled "Step1/2/3." It took me an hour to assemble it by myself, which is reasonable.

There are little gadgets that I think is quite thoughtful. The footrest is customized so it won't hurt my feet while inverting. The adjustable pin system is definitely more reliable than strap system.

      This is money well spent!

Comments about Elite Fitness Innova ITX9300 Inversion Table with Full Padded Back Rest:

This is my second table and is mainly a backup for a summer location. The balance is not well set up so it is difficult to flip into an upright position by yourself. However, you get to hang upside down and get the benefits of inversion. Just need a partner to help you flip back up or work very hard to shift the balance.

Comments about Elite Fitness Innova ITX9300 Inversion Table with Full Padded Back Rest:

After trying other models in the store, I decided this one seemed like it was heavy duty and chose it after comparing the most expensive one in the store and one that cost a few dollars more than this one. I decided that the least expensive one available in one store, looked scarey since my back already hurt. Since I was unable to purchase this model right away in the store, I ordered this model on line. [...] I recieved the piece of equipment, and assembled it myself, even though my back hurt. Then I tried it out. It is plenty sturdy. I am not a fan of hanging upsidedown for any period of time, but it really did help my back feel better. I have yet to find a pair of shoes that make my ankels feel more compfey while I'm hanging there. As for any instructions about exercises- it didn't come with one. It did give some instructions about the basic uses. It is big enough that I don't really know where to put it. So it is not out of sight out of mind, but is in the way right now. Since buying this machine I have had a few of my friends tell me I could have used theirs, cuz they're not. I still would have wanted my own. If it had some more fitted ankel supports it would really be awesome. Great for the Money!
