Very easy to follow routine. First I do about 30 mins of Leslie's workout, and then the other 30 mins, I do a yoga routine. Very effective for me. I read another review of another one of Leslie's videos and the person said that they were not challenging enough. Well, it might have been one of her "for beginners" videos. I'm thin and in fairly good shape. This video is definitely challenging enough. There's plenty of aerobic activity that will get your heart pumping and will make you sweat. Great video!
