Ball speed is variable from a gentle toss that's ideal for kids just beginning tennis, to hard-hitting groundstrokes that will challenge even top amateur players.

Machine came with faulty control panel and ball feed couldn't be adjusted. Have contacted customer support of maker and they were supportive. Am waiting for replacement control panel. Though it leaves a bitter taste to buy such an expensive piece of equipment and being delivered with faulty parts.
