Ignore the size chart on the package, and try them on before you buy them - they are very tight.

Bought the small for my 3 yr old son and could not even get them on. He is actually a smaller size for 3 yrs old. the length is right just too tight to put them on. Sorry not a good product. Maybe buy a large size but then they would be too long...we are getting the nike ones next. All the little kids had those and they look comfortable and easy to put on and off. :)

i bought these for my 6 year old. we bought the correct size based on the sizing chart at the store, and we can hardly get them on an off.

My husband and I bought these for our son. It was his first time playing soccer and we wanted to buy guards that had ankle protection. The ankle protection is so bulky and mis placed it caused his cleats to push out and stretch to the side. He was VERY uncomfortable his first practice and they are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get off. This is very difficult to deal with especially when dealing with a young child. I went back to sports authority and purchased some adidas shin guards and my husband, son and I are very happy with them!
