      Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Very pleased with this product. The only complaint that I have is that the chain is very noisy since it rubs against the plastic guide.

        I haven't owned an indoor rower for years and for some reason I felt like I needed a little different cardio than my usual treadmill. I also lift weights and I love how the rowing is a great cardio and muscle workout and low impact. I'm very pleased with the quality.

          Great buy. It's sturdy, has great resistance (much better than cheaper models), and it has a smooth seat glide. I'd highly recommend purchasing in this price range over the cheapest models available.
