I don't have enough cables to use multiple handles so i have to switch them in and out. The one design flaw i would point out is that the cables stay in really well...too well that it takes me a little while to switch them out during my workout!

I bought these initially so i could workout in my room. I'm too far from the gym to go every single day and i didn't have enough money to buy the interchangeable dumbbells from bowflex. Surprisingly, these work very well. I have the 40 and 60-90 lb cables with these also. With the three slats in each handle, you can add more weight without having to buy more cables: just use the ones you already have!

My biggest complaints however are that:
1. The handles dig into your wrists while curling. I sometimes got light bruises from this the next day, but i easily remedied the problem by wearing wrist bands.
2. The grips are a little thin and not coated. The grips are plastic and the higher the resistance, the harder it is to hold onto them. If the grips were wider and/or coated in rubber or something grippy it would improve the experience a whole lot.

Other than that though, i have to say this was a very good value!

Great handles, very durable, very versatile. These handles get a lot of wear and tear in our weight rooms and they constantly stand up to the job. 496 personnel- 0 complaints.

these things are completely horrible and unusable. after 1 curl I wanted to return them. They dig into your wrists, no matter which side you hold the handles. uncomfortable as hell. As no foam handles. the whole thing is just lame hard plastic.
