If you have big feet, don't get this. I'm size 12-13 and My feet dragged on the floor or my heels hit the back. I am really disappointed with this product. Also, the bands don't fit to the back of my shoes. I think I may return it. If I did get it on my feet, it would have potential to do a lot and I would love one with a bigger wheel and better holders. Oh, and the velcro barely fit around my shoes... I mean barely.

    We use this equipment at the gym and I bought one for home. There is no better core workout. Useful at any fitness level. Power Wheel crawls, pike-ups, rollouts, hamstring curls and more... this is not just an 'abs' workout.
