WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG? Easy, unbelievable fun, aerobic workout -- and so effective. After a few workouts of six minutes each (I always workout with a timer, building up in short intervals), I saw dramatic results: dropped pounds and sculpting of my mid-section, which is typically hard to tone quickly. So simple to set up: just a few turns of a screwdriver and you're done. It's lightweight and can be easily carried (with one hand) from garage to back patio, yet super sturdy. It's all pluses and no cons here: hands down my all-time favorite piece of exercise equipment; I literally can't wait to workout on my mini trampoline. And, in case you are wondering, I am a youthful gal in my late 50s. One more thing: I am not an athlete and not a gym rat (only work out at home and with small equipment), but, strictly speaking, I am way more fitness conscious than "casual/recreational." Please consider another category: 'Fitness Buff.' Thank you.

I bought this for my 100lb son who is autistic and uses it to burn off energy. He uses it everyday but after 3 months the "heavy duty" springs stsrted popping one after the other. We lose about two a day and soon it is headed for the dump. SA wont offer a replacement plan on this...should have been my first clue.
Unfortunately the covers on the steel legs are a hard plastic, instead of rubber. This choice makes the product incredibly unstable as it slips all over most surfaces. Rubber would have been a better choice for gripping.

I exercise to music on the trampoline. Use anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes each evening to burn carb. I have used to do most floor exercises for more comfort for the spine. Get a great cardio workout. Fast or slow. Great to jog indoors. Most exercises can be altered to do on the trampoline. I use small dumbell weight training on the trampoline too. Very versitile. Do not store outside. It could rust. I keep in my laundry room and hang from a cord around the leg and hook it over the cabinet door knob or in the garage stand on the side with the legs on and hang it from a hook on the wall to keep off the floor and for quick use. No trouble. I even take it in my motor home to exercise. Store it like I said on the side to take up less space. Keep it handy. Use it daily for a few minutes only.
I should have read previous reviews first; however, I was so excited about getting an easy set up mini tgrampoline that I jumped at the chance! The others require two people to hold and tug. Unfortunately, my kids went through two of them in less than two months. The poly holding straps that contain the the steel support which holds the springs just tore off - on each of the trampolines that I bought. The child is only 75 pounds for a 200 pound recommenation! Sports Authority was great on the returns. I lost the second receipt but they gave gave me a gift card.
Rebounding provides a good workout and this product does that. Unfortunately this product may not do it for long. I recently had a second unit break. The fabric straps that attach the metal springs to the jumping surface are the weak link in the chain. They tear out. I weigh 180lbs and the unit is supposed to be good to at least 200lbs. Perhaps this unit would best serve a child or a very light adult. I was considering taking it back again and upgrading to a better product, however the SA website does not show anything that appears to be sturdier than this. So a refund should be in order, but I'm not sure what the store will have to say about that.
I like this product because it is small, I jump on it at night while watching T.V. and it doesn't wake anyone up. It's quiet. I feel like I get a good workout while having fun.
I first purchased the small trampoline that was available in the store because I didn't want to have to internet order. That one completely fell apart after less than a month of use. This one is very sturdy and arrived quickly. Much superior to the product offered in the store.
I am 17, 5'11" 160lbs..The weight limit is 220lbs and after about a week, one of the springs broke!I am SOO disapointed, [$] was quit a bit for something that lasted a week!![...]
Very sturdy but not to heavy to move around. I purchased the mini trampoline for a cordio workout, very happy with the results and have been shedding pounds since.
I feel I get as good of a workout as I do on the treadmill, if not better. It definitely gives me incentive to get up and get moving. It's convenient, stores easily and my grandson loves to take a nap on it. What more could you ask for?
