DO NOT ORDER THIS!!! I LIVE IN VEGAS AND ORDERED ONE ON DEC 16TH FOR MY NEPHEW IN CHICAGO FOR A XMAS PRESENT. IT CLAIMED TO BE THERE BY XMAS. ON JANUARY 6TH I REC'D IT AT MY HOUSE IN VEGAS!! I HAD HIS HOUSE AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS SO IT SHOULD HAVE WENT THERE AND TO ADD TO THAT,IT WAS 2 WEEKS LATER THAN THEY PROMISED! SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD JUST SEND ANOTHER ONE TO MY NEPHEW IN CHICAGO.....IT IS NOW FEBRUARY 15TH AND HE STILL HASN'T REC'D THE SLED THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND....I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS PUT IN THE SYSTEM TO SEND ANOTHER SLED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, BUT THEY SAID "FOR SOME REASON" IT WAS NEVER SENT.... THEY SUCK!!!!!! FINALLY THEY ARE JUST CREDITING MY ACCOUNT THE MONEY BACK B/C THEY SUCK SOOOO MUCH!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
