I absolutely love this bag, Yes it is a bit hard but with a proper hand wrap right gloves meaning " HEAVY BAG GLOVES" it wont hurt. Knowing how to properly throw a punch wouldn't hurt either. just saying other comments yeah...... but seriously this is a great bag for training and its very tough. BUY THIS BAG!! Ty for taking your time to ready my comment.
Bag could not stand moderate to heavy use for one month. Lousy material and workmanship. "Foam Technology" material does not go all the way around the bag resulting in significant gap. DO NOT PURCHASE!
I've been boxing for over 8 years and can't say I've hit a more painful bag then this one. so bottom heavy and lobsided with the cloth/sand combination. Everlast says they don't use sand anymore.. ok sorry its "sifted sand".. completely outdated design. Overhyped C3 bs, thats all everlast is in the boxing community, hype. Thought to make an exeption with this bag thinking it may be soft as advertized. Well maybe if you only hit it above the center. From this point on Ringside is the only side I'm on! Nice attempt Everblast. If you want a soft heavybag, want healthy hands, or want to be free to use bodyshots while you train on your heavybag, DO NOT GET THIS BAG!
