    Great cardio work-out, especially for low impact. Easy to set-up on existing Pilates machine. But, had some trouble getting included DVD to play on Mac computer, so purchased portable DVD player. DVD not required for work-out, but helpful.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
