This is in response to "Not a Happy Camper". I ordered and used a pair of Ono Schooner reader sunglasses some three years ago. After about a year, one of the little nose pads came off and was lost. I called Ono Trading Company and asked if I could buy a pair of nose pads as replacements. Their Rep was very nice, asked me which pair I had and what the magnification was and said she'd send me a pair or nose pads - free! Pretty good deal huh? Well, a week or so later I received a box in the mail from Ono and in it was a BRAND NEW pair of Schooner sunglasses. I called the company again and said there must be a mistake, I just needed the nose pads, to which they responded that the new sunglasses were also free and wouldn't I rather have them than the nose pieces? Heck yes! I love these sunglasses and have used them for almost 3 years now with no problems. They are better than any other reader sunglasses I have tried because the reader lenses are small and out of the way when driving, hiking or whatever, yet are right there when I look down to read. Two thumbs Up for this company!

I use these glasses sparingly, long drives, the occasional hike etc.
I always keep them in their case and treat them with lots of care because they seem so fragile. This is a great product with problems while driving they fell apart on my face. Now I go to their website to check on their warranty and its vague and they don't tell you how to go about it. At this prize I expected better...

These are high quality, extremely comfortable and, I think very stylish suglass readers. They are most practical for driving and everyday outdoor wear. Because the readers are rather small, they are not intended for extended reading sessions, say at the beach. But, for checking maps or quick reads while driving they are perfect! Now I can see my cell phone's screen! Other reader sunglasses I have owned had such large readers, that they interfered with my distance vision while wearing them, especially when driving. So light, you don't even know you are wearing them. With hingeless titanium rames, I am sure they will be indestructible, short of sitting or stepping on them.
