The highly detailed Thompson Chicago Typewriter airsoft AEG rifle features authentic wood accents and a full metal body. The rifle also boasts an adjustable rear sight, steel gears, a metal gear box, and a high-cap "drum" style magazine. The rifle is powered by the included NiMH battery and includes a charger. The rifle can go from semi automatic to full automatic with the flip of a switch. The rifle fires 6-mm plastic BBs.

I've had the gun for a little over two years, it was given to me as a gift, and it is amazing! Pros: it is very accurate, has a good capacity magazine, high rate of fire, you can change out the plastic handles and stock for real wood, and durable. Cons heavy, sights are a little hard to adjust, it's got some weight to it, 8-9 lbs.

my mind was blown when I bought this. I bought it at [...] instead of [...] and at [$] instead of over 200....so your getting a rip off if you bought it here....overall the gun is great the only thing i would have changed would be something other than plastic stock and handles...and it has a great weight and feel (very heavy) but I would aslo change the battery butt with .2 bb's and I cronoed it at 437 fps max and a minimum at 401.

The m1a1 is a beast but i was really dissapointed with the stock battery and clip so i bought a 1000 round drum magazine and a 1400mav 8.4v battery which is 3 times better than the sstock one overall buy it
