Fairly easy to set-up. Ours came with a broken lock for the angle adjustment. Called the customer service number and had a replacement in a few days. My son is a 10 year old and it works great for his level.

We can't seem to install the net. As you add more bungees, the tension is too much to be able to stretch the net, especially at the bottom after we added bungess on top and left side. Is there a tool to stretch the net or does the net need to be rotated a certain way? Seems like you need to be superman to install the net. Any suggestions?

This works very well. I'm 14 and I use it everyday. It's improving my speed and reaction time. It basically comes back at you the same speed you throw. It's like having an actual person there throwing to you. I highly recommend this!

This return has very substantial materials; tubing, ball ended bungie cords and spring pins.
The tubing is a much thicker metal gauge and probably twice the diameter of the little cheap ones I've had previously.
The pins are much stronger and the frame doesn't require taping at the joints to keep it from separating.
The bungies are twice the thickness as well and there are a lot of them providing good and even tension. They can also be installed or removed without taking the whole thing (frame), apart; or any of it, actually.
The design is simple, easy to set up, very effective and the adjustment works better than I thought it would. The returns do vary slightly depending on where you impact the netting, which is good in my opinion, and there's no bar in the middle for the balls to hit and stall. It returns everything thrown at it and it handled the 16" softball as easily as the baseballs.
It has a much larger overall area as well; 72" X 52". Very good tool.
The stakes could be better, but that's always the case...just make your own if needs be. I used sand bags anyway. Stakes never work or at least for long or in the wet.
In short, if you're sick of the ones that fall apart or don't stand there or move or twist or don't return or don't last or bend...etc, etc, get this one. It's worth the extra few bucks.

This pitch back works great. It has an ajustmant on the back if you want grounders or a regular throw back. Really the only bad thing is that it is hard to store.
