We use this net for QB throws. QB broke other nets and this one looked sturdy. Figured if it can hold up to a kicker's velocity, then it should hold up to a QB's arm from a longer range. I have seen these nets on the sidelines at our local High School football games, so they must be pretty good. Our net was coming out of the seam from the top pocket sleeve after day 3 of solid use. The net is sewn into the vinyl pockets that go around the pipes. Probably something that could have been further reinforced. The pipes hold up well. The unit is very large. Ideal for QB to throw to. easily a 6-7 foot target area. But not sure about the net issue. Contacting manufacturer about a replacement. Just bought about a couple months ago.. but just started using this month.
