                The bike was returned. I purchased a "new" bike from Sports Authority and they sent me a damaged used bike. It came to me previously opened and retaped shut. The frame was bent and paint was gone, the rear wheel could not turn. When I called Sports Authority they sent me an e-mail two days later with paperwork to return bike. Shipping took 7 days and after two days I have not received a refund. I went to box store and spent the same amount of money, my son loves his new bike.

                    Bike is fine. Put it together, went for a ride. Needed minor adjustments. Looked in manual, manual advised to take for service. After paying $70 for a full tune up was told that the gears were bent. No problem to return the product, but now Id be out $70. Bottom Line, if the Manual tells you to take it for service, then I think they should refund that money also.

                    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
