        I ordered two bikes and had them shipped, One Bike was completlly damaged and half the pieces were missing. It was a Christmas gift so I had no time to return it.

              The bike came in a box that was barely held together by tape. The spokes of the wheels were sticking through the box, and pieces were missing. (Mostlikely fell out of the huge holes in the box.
              Coustomer service was called for return, they seemed nice, but in the end, the bike was picked up (without prior notice) and I never got my money back. I will never buy from SA online again!!!
