I ordered this along with another item and I never received it, in fact it was sent to the wrong person twice, so when I called customer service they didn't even try to help me as much as they should have all they did was re-ship the item but yet the process would be the same thing, they could have at least sent it out overnight or two day shipping since I did pay for the item and they made the mistake of sending it to the wrong person twice!
