The Bar arrived pretty quickly with standard shipping. It is very good quality. I use if often.
Downside is minor in that once you unwrap the bar it has an oily feel to it, and smells very metallic so you will want to clean it befor your first use.

Great product for those that are beginning or your buying for your teenage child, 255 lb weight limit bar starts to bend at 235lbs, bar ends are threaded so need to keep a check in case bar starts to untighten (drill into your son/daughter head that u need to keep a check on this otherwise if came really loose could hurt badly never has came loose or me to that point because is noticealble of course but something to keep in mind) if u plan to lift more then 235 I would look for another bar that holds more weight, here's a picture of the bar at 235Lbs
