Constructed for range and accuracy, this barrel system uses patented technology to create backspin for a level and precise shot. It's available for Custom Pro™ and 98 Custom™ markers, and also includes an extra Picatinny rail for non-Platinum Series 98s.

    Comments about TIPPMANN 98 Custom and 98 Custom Pro Flatline™ Barrel for Platinum Series:

    First upgrade I got for my Tippmann 98 Custom. I read its supposed to add 100 feet of distance and increase accuracy... While using, being that I was getting shot at, I didn't have time to notice just how well it really was, lol. But I did notice is was pretty accurate and seemed to shoot far. I haven't compared it to the stock 8.5 barrel but it works great either way. Also adds a nice look. Only thing that concerns me is the threads on the barrel to screw it on feel like plastic, the threads on the marker are metal, so I worry the plastic threads will become worn down and the barrel won't screw in good enough to use. But a washer might fix that if it does become a problem.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
