The product was easy to put together and use. BUT, it would only fit one door in our apartment. If you live in an older building with thick doors/walls this product might not fit. I measured the width of the door openings but never thought to check the depth of the door! Just keep that in mind when ordering. Otherwise, decently put together, easy to assemble and I hope for lots of use from it.

I still haven't been able to figure out how to use this product for sit ups.The instructions/pictures don't show how it is braced so that the feet hook and it is used for sit-ups.Will somebody send me something to get me going?PL

I believe the assembly diagram and the picture on this website are incorrect. If assembled as diagrammed in the instructions, the bar won't hang on any doorway. The wooden bar goes on the other side of the doorway, if that makes sense. I had to study the pictures on the box (not the picture that came with the assembly instructions) and disassemble to get it to work. I agree it was a pain to assemble.

Yes, I had to use 2 wrenches to put it together. Not a big deal! It took no more than 10 minutes. Mine came with hardware in the box. The instructions were a simple diagram showing where each screw went. Is it really that big of a deal to actually have to use tools? Once assembled, it is a quality, lightweight, and sturdy tool that fits in most of my doorways for doing pull ups. It can also be used to assist in doing push ups to reduce stress on your wrists! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is competent enough to use simple tools for assembly.

Assembly was terrible. I needed to use a wrench, no make that two wrenches and needed to go to the hardware store to buy another one. It is just an average pull up bar, but putting it together was terrible. True, anyone with half a brain could put it together without directions, but the nuts and the bolts just did not work.

Took this out of the box after a 3 hour drive home and no screws, no hardware what-so-ever to put this thing together. That's just bad business SA.

The box says no screws and no installation?? First, there are screws and there is installation ... the nuts on the screws dont fit, so you have to use 2 wrenches to put this piece of S together .. AND it doesnt even fit in any of my doors ???? Im taking this thing back, its the worst ive ever bought. READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE about this product ... they ring true .. horrible product, waste of money.

I bought this item at Sports Authority in Bloomington today. It was a pain to set up because the screws and bolts simply did not want to go together. I ended up having to use a wrench just to get it together. Once I got it together, it didn't work on a single door frame in my entire house, the only one it worked on, the wooden bar scratched the hell out of. I want a replacement or my money back but since its already all together, that wont be happening. DO NOT BUY!
