Its not the best looking, nor the heaviest vest, but it gets the job done. Its very comfortable to use. Even though It might not fit all sizes as the box says {fits most all sizes}. The only real con I have with it is I am 6ft2 273lbs broad shoulders and a slightly thick belly, so it makes it a lil tough to adjust the straps. However at the sametime its feels great having it on and even with the full 16lbs it feels light like a feather. Only if your really used to jogging and willing to put the hard work and dedication to it.
I bought these in hopes of using them on the run, however the strap system on them is terrible. The straps are too loose on someone my size (5'11" 173lbs) and the whole thing ends up shifting about with each step. They are great for low impact movements such as body squats and lunges but any activity that involves rapid movement i would say these are completely useless unless you wanna spend most of your time readjusting them.
I bought this vest to wear while running. Unfortunately, the adjustable straps loosen quite easily with body movement. As a result, the vests inertia starts pulling in every direction, seemingly at random. For walking around or doing sit-ups and pull-ups, this vest would work out. But not for running, or anything that might involve rapid movements, like basketball.
The description of this item lacks the detail that would tell you that the weights are sand in flimsy packs, or similiar, and do not look durable if handled roughly. Maybe not; I am going by appearances and have not had much time to use the weight vest. I use this vest on stairs (40 flights) to intensify my workouts in training for strenuous hikes in the mountains where there are long and many steep inclines and you carry a backpack laden with lots of water and other items. Does the trick.
