    I needed footie socks that would not show with my flat slip on tennis shoes, sort of like ballet flats. I had tried 2 other kinds but either they showed or they would slip off my heel. These are cottony, but thin and do not show and fit well enough that they do not slip off my heel. I am so happy to find something that actually works with these flat shoes!
