        The magnet was damaged in delivery and the pedal crank set was locked up and would not turn. Contacted Stamina Custom Service and talked to Connie who was great on customer service and sent out a new part that arrived in about a week. I love this exercise bike. Easy on and off, smooth pedaling after installing new part. I had recent hip replacement surgery and will have other side done in December. This is perfect for my needs and what I was looking for. Stamina has great service / Packaging could be better for such a sensitive part for long distance deliveries but handling is most likely not their fault. I still give it 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service.
