Nice product, exactly as advertised. Very sturdy and easy to use. The only minor downside is that it is quite heavy.

Like: Holds three bikes
Dislike: Keyhole on rack does not match keyhoe on hitch therefore the rack wobbles wildly. I will be returning it as soon as I have time to figure out how to do that.

I bought this rack in July of 2007. I used it only in the late spring to early fall seasons since we only ride the bikes occasionally for recreation. I removed and stored it for the late fall through early spring months when we get snow (read - salted roads) It's 2009 and the rack has rust all over it. Allen calims "no nosense lifetime warranty" so I inquired about the problem. Allen service department claimed I had unusual wear conditions and would do nothing about it. For the amount I use the rack if Allen is claiming unusual wear then I strongly suggest looking for another vendor's bike rack.

This is a good solid rack that is easily installed in minutes. It works very well with my road bikes. The only issue that I have is the tilt mechanism locking pins are a little tight but this is not really a big deal. I have one concern that the length of the bottom pin may not be sufficient. I have replaced mine with one that is 1/4" longer. All in all this is a good value at up to $70 less than local bike shops.

The product arrived 1 day ahead of projected schedule and in excellent condition. Assembly time was less than 10 minutes. The fit was as advertised. It is an easily used rack for the casual biker. Sometimes the tilt pins were a little hard to engage, but this was not a big issue with me and could probably be fixed by enlarging the hole about 1/16". Definitely worth the savings of over $70 from local prices.

I like the rack, it's simple, but either my hitch was too big, or the rack was too small because the bikes sway at least 6". I had to add some shim to it since I was in immediate need of a rack, but I expect a fit out of the box. It also is recommended for 2" class II hitches, which is NOT mentioned on the website. It does fit a 1.25" hitch...sort-of.

Well made and sturdy. First bike is too close to frame and gets scratched. Braces are not a good fit for mountain bike frames.

This bike rack is great for the price. I am happy with it. The few cons are that the straps feel like they wont last long, maybe a few seasons. The pins get stuck, i shaved em down myself, now there fine. Also, if you have a dual suspension bike, its hard to mount, depending on the location of the rear shock, frame design etc. Cant beat the price though. good stuff
