    I use my home gym to strengthen my upper/lower body, define my muscles and slim inches off my waist.

    The best thing I like about the home gym is that it doesn't take up a lot of space and there are multiple machines combined into one.

    The most difficult thing about the home gym was the set-up. The directions were a little confusing; however, with the help of my husband, we were able to figure it out.
