Comments about Everlast Double Ended Heavy Bag Attachment:

Seems like the bladder and shell were designed separately. The mouth on the shell should be wider to fit the bladder in. That's a struggle, best with two people, because you must fill the bladder from the top center before you get it into the shell. The shell barely fit when it was full of water, and one zipper broke immediately; I have to send it back for an exchange. Once in action, these work, but with water, it's comical to watch them jiggle, and the top is pulled up like a tent. If I got them again, I would probably use sand instead, although not sure I could get the shell around it then at all.
