I find it to be a great addition to my fitness equipment. I have had no issues with the rower, or the service with regard to delivery, and it was a snap for me to assemble - it only took a short time.

The seat could use a little more padding. The wheels click and clack. I'd think a smooth wheel would fix that problem. But it does work well, did 3 - 30 minutes sessions last week and lost 3 lbs. Obviously I'm trying to eat right, but that surprised me. Starting my 3rd week with it and like using it. The rubber spacers shred, so I'd recomment some 5/8" washers to put between them and the footholds. A $5 fix that has improved my use of the machine.

Overall, this is a great machine for the price. However, there is no allowance for height variations. As a shorter person (5'3), I cannot put my feet on the foot rests - I have to put them flat on the floor in front so that the base pivot of the "oars" are level with my hips and not behind me. If I try to push back where I should be, with the pivot slightly in front of me, then the seat hits the rear stopper. So, while overall a decent machine, I would not recommend this style for shorter persons. In future, I would buy the pull cord type if the foot rests don't adjust.

I find this rower very useful and like the natural free-arm motion that this rower allows. Very easy to use even my 5yr old loves to use (play?) this.

I bought this rower to do cardio and it has lived up to all its claims. I weigh 280lbs. and it does not wobble or bend under my weight. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment. The workouts are fun and at times brutal (depending on which setting I use.I am definitley satisfied with its performance.

I wanted a home machine for low impact cardio on the days I do not go to the gym. It fits the bill, especially for the price, but, because of the price, it is a light weight machine. Don't expect to get what you find in the gyms. It is quiet, and takes up minimal floor space.
