I used this product for 6 weeks. After doing leg lifts while on my back, i heard a snap. Figured, it was just settling in. After the 5 weeks, it came down with me on it doing leg lifts. The legs on the bench are week and bent down making it a leaning bench. Luckily i did't have any weights on me.
I use these in a personal training as well as a group training environment. This bench is awesome. It's a bit wider than a conventional Olympic bench which provides a sturdier base for larger clients or can easily serve as a platform for step ups or dips. For the money, this is your best bet.
This is a nice plain flat bench. It was a little difficult to put together with everything straight. The trick is to install everything loose first, then sit on the bench and tighten the bolts while sitting. That will help keep everything aligned and true.
