            I loved the Kettlebell but disliked the DVD. The DVD seemed half done in terms of its content and variety of exercises and some of the descriptions were dangerously vague, especially with the Turkish Get-up. I returned the product to buy the kettlebell separately and buy a more high quality dvd even though it cost me more. The weight and exercises are serious and unless you have a weightlifting background, and many other fitness experiences, you may not follow the instructions well. From a safety perspective, that worried me, so I was happy to invest more money elsewhere.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
