I used the pants for skiing 6 times over a month and the stitching is already coming apart on both legs about mid-calf. The fit is fine, but the durability is lacking.

Bought these pants because I needed something with insulation. I have a pair of Northface pants that are more of a shell. Used these snowboarding in 10 degree weather and they kept me warm and dry all day. Not sure about the other review, but they didn't absorb any water and as a snowboarder you are constantly sitting in the snow to get into your bindings. All and all they were [$] and well worth it. I have a 35" waist and got a large, which fit comfortably and wasn't terribly baggy.

Bought these pants to use while shoveling snow. Although the tag on them states they're waterproof they're not. Spent 3 hours shoveling snow and ended up with wet legs.

I picked these up on my way to Echo Mountain Co. They were comfortable all day long and warm to boot.
I've paid a lot more for more popular brands but never again, these pants rock!

I bought these pants because the NorthFace pants were too expensive. Sports Authority provided a great price so I decided to give them a try. After my first time wearing them in the snow I absolutely loved them. They are soft, comfortable, easy to wear, and resist water, wind, and cold. I am from Texas so these are my first snow pants. I would highly recommend them as an alternative to the more expensive name brand outwear. We like them so much my wife just bought a pair. Even though they are lightweight they are outstanding at resisting cold and moisture.
