we bought this kayak for use at Lake Tahoe where at the beach pour family uses, soft shell craft are all that is allowed. WE do quite a bit of paddling in it and for lake use, this small portable and durable kayak does the trick.

The small skeg allows for some tracking but straight line paddling is not the same as a hard shell kayak.

It is easily carried, infltaed or not.

    Great little kayak

    Great little kayak for getting around flat lakes. Easy to carry due to the light weight and quick to blow up. The front wags a bit when paddling, but then this kayak is made to be stable, not fast on the water.
