    This is not a performance oriented bike. It will not do anything well. It does not work well on rough terrain. It's made of cheap and out of date parts. Replacing parts is difficult and not worth the time or money.
    Go to a local bike shop (not sporting goods store) to get an education on what kind of bike is best for your needs.

      this thing is really heavy - so if your goal is to get a work out consider it done if you can get up the hill on this beast.

      going full suspension with this level of component grouping is for gluttons who love punishment
